Free gives you 3 beginner workouts, the full workout player (rest timers, set tracking), and basic history. Foundation unlocks the complete library of 100+ sessions, all skill progression trees, the calendar view, progressive unlocking system, and lifetime updates — for a single one-time payment.

The beginner and intermediate progressions require zero equipment — just your bodyweight and floor space. Advanced skill work (pull-up tree, dip progressions) requires a pull-up bar or dip station. The app is designed so you can start with literally nothing.

Your plan starts with the first 3 workouts unlocked. Once you complete them, the next 3 unlock automatically. This prevents overwhelm, keeps you focused on the current phase, and mirrors how a real coach would program your training. You can always see upcoming workouts — you just can't start them early.
